Patrick Bonne is a visual artist who grew up in the Bordeaux region and now lives with his family in Saint-Denis, near the Olympic Village. 
I discovered the world of photography some fifteen years ago, first as a documentary medium, then gradually moving towards experimental and artistic techniques.
I first worked in the aeronautics industry, then got involved in teaching young people in the field of communication. 
Social themes are very important to me: the relationship with the body, intimacy, family relationships. I trained as a family sociologist and social worker.
In 2024, I published a book entitled Oubli et émerveillement, which highlights the journey of a caregiver and his or her spouse through the ordeal of illness...
In terms of training, I attended a continuing professional education course at the Jeu de Paume, Histoire de la Photographie in Paris, took part in numerous photography workshops and master classes, and was accompanied by mentors. Locally, I attended art schools in Saint-Denis and Saint-Ouen.  In 2024, I took an advanced course at the Barcelona Experimental School. There I discovered the chimigram and collage techniques. 

I'm currently researching an artistic approach to collage and painting that allows me to express my deepest emotions in a complex social context.
